The man behind the man behind the man behind the man

This episode of Not Safe for Network we recap the Deadpool and Korg, uh...well, recap of the trailer for Free Guy. This leads to a discussion about evil superheroes, deconstructionist eras of genre in film and comics. Then we discuss the introduction of Jonathan Majors' character of Kang the Conqueror in the MCU going forward, and how the multiverse will work as well as what it could yield. We parse through some listener feedback. And then we pick a winner out of Richard Donner's filmography from the following movies: Superman, Ladyhawke, Scrooged, Lethal Weapon, Maverick, The Toy, The Goonies, and The Omen.

Storm the gates!

This episode we discuss the Soprano's movie: The Many Saints of Newark, Bill Cosby being released from prison, Loki episodes three and four, and plugging Marvel characters into other genres. We talk about how we can't bear to watch The New Mutants or Tenet, and our mixed responses to The Suicide Squad and The Hitman's Wife's Bodyguard. Then Brandon tells us about being on Fatman Beyond  with a Once Upon a Time in Hollywood story mixed in.

The episode with the upside down Red Dog logo

This episode of Not Safe for Network is packed! We review The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It, Loki episode 2, and the new Borat series on Amazon. We talk about Catwoman and Batman, and...well, we can’t really break that down in a PG rated description. Karl goes down a rabbit hole that involves Noah Taylor, Michael Hutchins, and Pink Floyd. And Brandon scores tickets to Fatman Beyond and wants help with a question. Plus some talk about the ill fated Swamp Thing, and the upcoming Sandman.

Foolishness, Sweetness, and Trickery

Here comes another episode of Not Safe for Network. We laugh at Mayweather v Paul. Sweet Tooth is reviewed. We recap the first episode of Loki. Along the way we debate how much it will tie into Spider-Man No Way Home and Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. The Sorcerer Supreme will be killed in the comics. Brandon gets to the bottom of a mysterious album. And we do a bracket of the top four movies on IMDB, Rotten Tomatoes, AFI, and Metacritic to figure out which movie will win out. Karl also goes crazy and starts talking about an alternate history where Paul W.S. Anderson makes Casablanca.

Hobocop and Robocop with special guest Galen Howard

We discuss the Disco Elysium. The legendary Piano Pat passes away. Marvel rolls out a trailer for Phase Four and Loki, while potentially knocking Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. out of canon. Biggs interviews actor Galen Howard, and he talks about how he started out in acting, battling imposter syndrome, his appearances on Brooklyn Nine-Nine, and working with Richard Riehle for his new movie Moon Manor. Karl does a deep dive on the band Electric Six. And in the Videodrome we have Transformers vs Gobots.
